You enter the cottage via a small porch, great for muddy boots, which leads to a fully fitted kitchen. Just off the kitchen is a dining area with French doors providing access to the gardens. The sitting room features a stone fireplace with an oak panelled mantle and log burner. A large fully fitted utility room is accessed from the sitting room with additional access to the gardens. An enclosed staircase off the kitchen leads to two large double bedrooms a large bathroom with a separate shower and bath. Outside the cottage has a terraced garden and patio with spectacular views over the Manifold valley. Beside the cottage is a parking area for two cars. Please note that the cottage is accessed via a steep driveway. Pets by appointment
